Exercising in the morning....

I get up each morning about 4:15. splash cold water on my face. Take my nutritional suppliments with some water. In about 30-40 minutes I am ready to go. The gym opens at 5:00 am. I wait at the door with everyone else and once inside the gym and get moving I feel better. Nothing better than walking out the door of the gym 40 minutes later feeling I have accomplished this for myself. It is me time....then off to work on the way home pick up the kids and do dinner and then relax. Anything is doable if you want it to be0
