(affected?) Your personality?

I've found that lately, I'm more b!tchy (as if that was possible) but I'm also more caring at the same time. I feel like a freaking nut case!

Yeah, I'm a total b*tch, or a total sweetheart and it's never predictable, I feel so bad for my fiancé.

I think any time you change your diet or exercise routine dramatically (basically, any time you get focused on losing weight) your hormones take a while to re-balance themselves. Women are a lot more sensitive to hormones in food and the chemical changes from exercise, so we kinda get unbalanced when we change that a lot. But I think after a while it should balance out. Or maybe you're just hungry hahaha

I think I've become a happier, more positive person since I've started working out, eating better, and getting healthy. :)

If you're feeling, er, b*tchy, as you say (pardon my french, just quoting here!) it could be that you're not getting enough nutrients. Can't this have an adverse effect on your mood?

I was unbalanced before. I'm ****ed now.
And yea, I notice I'm faster to lose my temper while driving or to tear up over a sappy commercial. And I'm a lot more "balanced" when I workout on a regular schedule. I'm also a much happier person if I'm working out daily. Last week? My workouts were sparse and a bit all over the place. So was my mood.

I think I'm more b*tchy when I'm not on program and eating whatever. LOL

But since losing my weight the two big changes... I'm more outgoing (I've always been a relatively shy person). The other thing... I'm always cold! Never had that problem before losing the weight. I don't I even owned a long sleeve shirt until about 2 years ago!

I never was *****y....literally i would never fight back when people would put me down, heck even during labor i never yelled or screamed or curse (miracles considering i had one shot of pain med through the entire ordeal), but i have noticed lately that i am getting short fused and i am in no mood to put up with excuses and that i'm snapping a whole lot faster....i feel bad for my husband.......but i also feel a little bit more confident and can't get one day without working out or otherwise i don't feel right.....

I find I'm incredibly b*tchy pre-gym, and very nice afterwards. Like the thought of going makes me want to kill people, but after I go I love everyone.

i HAVE to go work out in the morning or i feel off....so that is kind of like a motivator to go, so i can feel good all day and not get anxiety.

i am more confident...i am kinda b*tchy and think im better because i eat and work out sometimes vs. those people who do NOTHING :P

There have been studies done, when people start cutting back on calories, their seratonin levels drop, making them cranky. It took a few months for me to feel like my old self again.

Sorry but I couldn't help thinking about hemorrhoids and how pissed I'd be suffering from them too!

But in all seriousness I kinda feel where you're coming from. I find that my patience is wearing thin if I have to repeat myself several times I feel like I'm going to explode.

Honestly...it's sooo funny you ask this cause I told my cousin this about ME! hehe I'm usually such a pushover and do whatever, but I don't know if it's just my confidence slowly coming back or what but yea, I'm totally becoming more *****y too and putting my foot down more. LoL Good and Bad I suppose. LOL
