What do you guys listen to while working out?! Personally, I'm a huge fan of ska. (if you don't know what ska is, it's basically a genre of music that includes horns such as trumpet, saxophone and trumbone.) I don't know why but something about a good hornline gets me pumped! If you're interested, I suggest you check out the band Reel Big Fish. My two favorite songs at the moment to workout to are Ban The Tube Top and Good Thing. So do we have any ska fans?!? Would love to add you as a friend :)

So what kindof music do you guys listen to? Looking for some new music to get me going and motivated!

Pandora electro cardio station. I elliptical to the beat. Gets my heart rate up at least 10 more points from what I once thought was high enough. I love it.

I actually watch "My little pony friendship is magic" when working out. (What? Pinkie Pie's energy really gets you moving!)

I really like "River Deep, Mountain High". Tina Turner has

Another one is that song that starts with "I like 'em big. I like 'em chunky..." I start bursting out into laughter everytime I hear it

Best. Answer. Ever. Also? My favourite song to listen to while exercising is pony-related. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6xRSafBV8o

But anything with a fast pace is good. I love keeping up to the beat in Daft Punk's "Harder Better Faster Stronger", for example.
  • I usually listen to up beat, popular music during my jogs,
    (I don't normally)
Songs like, Moves like jagger, what doesn't kill you, we are young.. etc :)
    Keeps me motivated.
  • Heavy metal/rock: the beat really drives me to carry on!
