Light, Healthy Dinner for one....Any Suggestions?

Fish tacos. You can get the bags of frozen talapia at the store that are individually wrapped. Just cook in a skillet with a little olive oil and spices, place in a healthy corn tortilla with some broccoli slaw and a little LF sour cream and a tad of shredded cheese. Very yummy. You can serve it with some mixed fruit or a small salad.0
