And those cravings kick in....saltyyy saltyyy and sweettiee sweets , what do you do ! :( it's so hard ! LOL im loosing it here...

    Salt: a serving (or 2 if you have the calories) of tortilla chips and salsa, OR a 100 calorie pack of popcorn
    Sweet: snack pack of M&Ms (only 70 calories) or I make devil's food cake and pumpkin muffins with cool whip free
