So six months ago I hit my goal of being in the 130's. Then I gained a couple pounds back and instead of just sticking to it...I gave up. Now I'm back to 152!
I never really stopped exerising or being active. In the last two months I have rode over 250 miles on my bike...but I stopped counting calories!
