I think I have it set to public and I would be interested to hear what people who have lost a lot of weight already what you's think of my diary.
I have cut down on a lot in my diet and tried to add in more fruit and veg
I eat my fill I have a good appetite but I couldn't possibly eat all my cals with the exercise cals I earn unless I add back into my diet things I have deliberately cut out to try be more healthy such as cream, butter, coconut milk e.t.c
I have no idea what to expect on my weigh in day this thursday I am just hoping for a good result

My first reaction is you are not eating enough. You should be eating most if not all of your recommended calories. Look at it as a target, not a suggestion.0

Eat more get closer to your goal for the day ( I personaly aim to be within 200 on either side of my daily goal)
add your water to your log
don`t skip meals even if your going to go over for the day don`t skip
add sodium to your list of things to watch
if your able I would re-place the diet soda with something else ( but I know we all have our vices I know I do lol but maybe something to watch)0 -
oh also double check some of the things in MFP when your adding them to your food log as some items are not correct0

eat more? gosh I'll try he he he
I don't skip meals in honesty just on sunday I had a late breakfast and a good lunch/dinner with snacks (was mothers day and was in bed most the morning lol) and I genuinely don't drink that much diet soda I keep forgetting to log my water but I do drink approx 2 litres a day I usually drink a good litre after a workout and then throughout the rest of the day but I enjoy a nice drink sometimes so do have the odd diet coke but it wouldn't be in my every day log though
I have so much to lose and I have lost 17lb so far I am terrified of putting it back but I keep seeing it being said to eat your exercise cals0 -
When I first started I weighed about 205lbs, and I never ate my exercise calories back. Eventually, I plateaued. When I started eating more, I started losing more weight. Just recently, I began to eat about 1800-2500 calories a day, this includes eating my exercise calories back. I am 5'6" and 158lbs. I have lost about 1lb/week since I started eating so much. I know eating more sounds counter intuitive, but your body needs more nutrients and calories, especially if you are working out. If you are consistently undereating you will train your metabolism to slow down, which will eventually lead to more plateaus and weight gain when you try eating more to maintain.0

The proteins look a little low as compared to carbs. My nutritionist told me no more than 3 times the gramsof carbs versus the grams of protein in one meal. example 10 grams of protein and no more than 30 grams of carbs in any one meal or snack.0
