    oh i listen to so much when i work out but something i love doing planks to and cardio to is You're Gonna Go Far Kid by the Offspring. I love that song. It's so upbeat and will make you go faster lol.

    Sly & The Family Stone's STAND! album...You Can Make It If You Try is a great end of workout song--for obvious reasons. That whole album is just the funkiest. Generally speaking, working out to funk is my favorite. Parliament, Funkadelic, all that goodness.
