I LOVE this program, I have the app on my phone and it has really helped me make better food choices. Seeing the calories, grams of fat, sugars and all is a real eye opener. One was I always take my lunch to work and it is always roast beef, canadian bacon and low sodium swiss on rye. I had dujon mustard and dukes mayo on it. When I started scanning the mayo and seeing the calories in one tsp. I brought light mayo.
Well I weight every Monday and I have here to tell you in 2 weeks I have lost 6#. WOO HOO. Still have 144 to go but I am on my way !:flowerforyou:
