Hi everyone,
I'm a 31yo grad student just completing my thesis work. I really want to maintain some balance while doing this hard work for the next couple of months, and that means eat well and exercise regularly. I've been doing myfitnesspal for 3 days now, and it feels wonderful to get started like this, but I know it will be hard to maintain, so I'm looking for some support from other users out there.
Let's keep this up, and maintain through April and May. Then beyond.

I just started a week ago with exercise and 1200 calorie diet. It is so rewarding and worth it, even after only a week. You just have to make sure you know what you want and then figure out exactly how to achieve those goals
MFP makes it sooooo much easier. Stay Strong!
