Help please...

Okay.. I am starting out with my goal of losing around 15lbs.. But i am not 100% certain of how to do this! i am exercising more, and eating less! I have never eaten loads, but i seem to put on weight very easily as i have a low metabolism! My friend is so lucky, she can eat all she wants and not put on an ounce:grumble: ! Could you more experienced people give me some tips? :smile: xxx
