How do you respond to critics?

I've lost 80+lbs over the last 14 months and lately I've started getting the "Time to stop" "You're too thin" comments from well-meaning friends and family. I am not at MY goal weight yet but I just tend to humor them and tell them "Yes, I'm done, no worries" when in reality I'd like to lose another 10lbs and maybe a little more for toning.
Tonight my neighbour asked if I had an illness because I had lost so much weight. truth is that I lost the bulk of it almost a year ago and have been slowly losing since then (Maybe 30lbs since last summer) but it's just more obvious now. I find the comments a bit hurtful.

First off, congratulations on losing 80 pounds! That's fantastic.
I also get the "you're too thin", "you should stop", "you look sick", and "are you sick?" comments/questions. I just tell them that I'm fine and they're just not used to seeing me how I currently am. I then change the subject or ignore them if they persist, lol.0
