Halfway through weight loss...and binge eating :(

I am an emotional eater...if I get really stressed out that is. If I'm depressed I can't eat at all. I have lost weight about halfway to my goal....almost 50 pounds since MFP. However, I am really stressed because I work, take 16 hours of college, and am trying to pass my classes to graduate in May. I hit a plateau with my weight recently and adding strength training has helped me lose a bit more....

But the weight loss is so slow and I get so hungry at night that I have multiple nights a week lately that I just eat whatever I want and cram my mouth with food. Now most of it is "healthier" food like weight watcher meals or 100 cal snacks and OCCASIONALLY I'll get a fast food run. But anyway....I am so hungry all the time that I seem to be caving more and more, and I don't know what to do. I feel like I'll never see 130 :(

Firstly congratulations on coming this far - your weight loss is amazing!! Maybe now that you are closer to your goal you need to reassess your plan?? Sit down and write some mini goals and remind yourself of how far you've come and why you want to get to your goal weight. Hopefully once you start feeling better about it again the binging will stop (but kudos to you if you're going to binge a WW meal is a good one to binge on). Remember you know how to do this you just need to keep going with it - and remember never ever give up!!

    Good luck :D
