Bridge to 10K

I just started B210K today. Anyone else out there currently doing it?

I finished C25K on January 1st. Since then, I've been running between 30 and 45 minutes about 4 days a week. I'm struggling with increasing my speed and distance. I always say that I'm going to do more, and then I never do! So, it seems a little like regressing to walk, but I'm going to trust in the program.
