Morning workouts

I have been trying to start working out in the morning, just because i think it will fit better with my schedule and keep me motivated. the only thing i am a little worried about is eating/drinking before. i have to leave in the mornings by 6:50, and i need at least a half hour to get ready, so i don't really have time to eat a good breakfast, digest, and then work out. i have heard people say that its dangerous to work out on an empty stomach though. this sounds silly, but my #1 fear about working out is throwing up. strange, i know. so i'm wondering what your advice would be on how much to eat and drink before a morning workout and how many minutes i should wait after this to begin.
p.s. i will be doing the 30 day shred in the mornings...about a 30 min. workout, 35-ish if you count stretching after.

When I work out in the morning I have a handful of nuts and some water and I'm good to go.

Honestly think it will not be a big deal if its a 30 minute workout...I would suggest you at least eat something after you work out though.

I wake up, have a whey shake with water, a cup of coffee, take the dog out, eat a banana and, lift weights for 45-60 minutes vigorously, or brisk walk 3-5 miles. When I'm done I have a whey w/water and have my first lunch 1-60 minutes later.
