Logging Excercise

I use Nell McAndrew's Cardio, Core and Strength to exercise once a week and am building it up to twice a week soon and so on. Thing is that I have no idea how to log it as exercise correctly. At the moment I log it as general circuit training 30 mins and running on spot 15 mins and mild stretching 15 mins but I have no idea if it accurately logs calories burned.
Does anyone have any better ideas on how to log it?

You could log the cardio part as aerobic exercise and the core and strength part as strength training. Or get an HRM............0

I have the same problem, I have a lateral thigh trainer (step machine) which I do 20 mins on doing upper and lower body workouts. I just log it as moderate areobics as it does make me perspire! LOL
I think until someone tries to measure these bespoke work outs we can only guess! ??0
