I read this book and it gave me information as a petite person. We are different when it comes to how much we eat & how to exercise. Wanting others who have read this book to tell me if they find this formation true.

I haven't read it, but aside from the amount we can eat, I don't see how we're that different. We're made of the same stuff, just a bit less! How can we exercise differently?0

Haven't read it, but would love to know if there are any particular tips that could help!0

I've skimmed it. I think it would be a good start because it doesn't seem to demonize food groups and urges women to lift weights.
**Haven't read entirely.. I could have missed something quacky.**0 -
One suggestion was instead of doing a lot of cardio that could do more harm then good, to go for the strength training. Longer lean muscle burns more fat.
Also talks about petite women having more water retention and have higher stress levels.
Talks about the plateu most petites go through. I found it very informational. I think all body types have different pros and cons, we are not all made the same.0
