Home Free Weights Work Out

Hey Guys,
I really want to start strength training properly as I tend to ***** foot around it.
I have a set of free weights at home, that include a 2 dumbbells and a bar and you can adjust the weights by 2.5kg or 5kg on all of them up to 35 kg in total.
I was just wondering what time of exercises I should do with them - does anyone have a home programme they can share?

try bobybuilding.com. there is a lot of programs on there for free and they are tailored to your needs and abilitys. can't say how they work yet as i've only just started my program myself.0

I really like the book Smart Girls Do Dumbbells, a bit less preachy than New Rules of Lifting, completely doable at home and no protein shakes!0

ooo I've not heard of that one - will check it out!0

The only thing I would add here is if you haven't lifted weights before and don't know the proper form, it may be beneficial to get an introductory session at a gym by someone who can show you the proper form.0
