HALF WAY TO MY GOAL! 19 pounds down, with pics :)

The first picture was taken on January 2, 2012 and the second was taking this morning (March 21, 2012) 19 pounds down :) Starting weight 150 current weight 131. I'm 5'1". I'm super excited that i'm halfway to a bikini body :D (i've never uploaded photos using flickr so hopefully it works!)

  • Wow! You can really see the difference in your stomach/back. At the rate you are losing you will have no problem rocking a swim suit in a month or two.

    Way to go, you! I'm also 5'1"; but I started in at 180, so I have much farther to go. Your pics and short span of time are very encouraging! Thanks for sharing! (Wish I'd have thought to take pics.)

    I eat 1400-1600 calories on days when i workout (which is most days) and 1200 on days when i dont.. that way im eating back some but not all of my exercise cals. also, i stopped eating carbs at supper about a month ago.. i eat them at breakfast and lunch, but only once in a while for supper. and I LOOVEEE classes at the gym. I go to spinning two to three days a week, body pump two days, kickboxing, and whatever else i can get to! :) Thanks again everyone!
