I just switched my settings from "lose 1 lb a week" to "maintain". I have reached my goal weight even though I tend to fluctuate up and down a few pounds. Anyway...I am currently breastfeeding an older infant (almost 9 mo) so I add in 300 cals for that. Then with the maintain, it added 500? So my calorie goal is set to 2,000 a day! Isn't that kinda crazy? Do you really think I can maintain eating that much?? I mean, I love to eat so it'd be cool with me but I don't wanna gain it back! lol

If you need my stats, I'm 5'3, 24 years old and I weigh 120 right now. I have my activity level set to lightly active as I work 40 hours a week on my feet (pharm tech) and I exercise 5 times a week for at least 20-30 mins up to an hour.

You are about the same build as my spouse, almost to the T. She was doing 2000 calories a day when she was breastfeeding and she was able to maintain. (stay within 2lbs of her goal weight of 125lbs) I know she did watch her sugar intake and that possibly helped. She breastfed our son until he was right at 9 months.

She did Zumba 3 to 4 times a week and also walked 3 times a week.

    Hope that helps some.
