recording weights lifted when at home?

Hi, so i got some little dumbells at home i use them a couple of times a day just to faff with more then anything as can only get gym maybe once a week but as they say every little counts, but the thing is how do i record them on the diary, i dont really know the names of the exercises i do, ok i cant remember them is a better one.

Try that site. There is an activity for weight lifting in the list toward the bottom. Scroll down to find it. This is really a neat way to track the calories you burn.0 -
