JM Body Revolution Question

Hi Everyone!
Looking for some advice. I need to start incorporating more exercise besides walking into my daily plan. My problem is with working 60-70 hours a week and still finding time to spend with my family, it seems like the best plan for me is to find something I can do at home, after my son is in bed or early in the morning. I have made a nice clear space in our garage to do my workouts. I have seen the commercials for the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Have any of you tried it? Would you recommend it for a beginner? If not, any other suggestions? Also, do you follow her meal plan?

I don't know anything about her Body Revolution stuff. But, I have limited time to workout as well and usually do it early in the morning. Her 30 Day Shred videos are perfect for that. They take 20 minutes. They really do make a difference. For a very new beginner, Biggest Loser Cardio Max is a good, short one to try. That's the one I started with back when I was at my heaviest and completely out of shape. JM 6 week 6 pack is another good one-although a little longer.
I don't follow her meal plan.0 -

I just got the revolution kit a week ago....have done video 1 and 2 in phase 1. I am not a beginner but i am not in totally great shape either. i liked video 1 a whole lot better than 2....i didnt have to do any modifications but am not up to the highest level yet either. the transitions from one exercise to the next is very quick and sometimes i have a hard time keeping up. but if u like jillian then i think u would like these viseos. i hope to start the whole program on monday nxt week and see how the 90 days turns out....though i am still straightening my nutrition out so i am not so exhausted all the time! good luck!0
