My First BootCamp class

So i did my first boot camp type class last night. Wow did it kick my *kitten*. We did a warm up, then about 4-5 legs routines, then moved to upper body, again about 4-5 different thing, and finally 2 circuits of core work. All exercises were a 1min in length. I'll be back next week.
