Has anyone had any success lowering carbs and upping fat and protein for weight loss purposes?

    40/30/30 is pretty common. It does work.

    I work off 40/40/20 but I have read people having success with 40/30/30 as well. It can't hurt to try it out and see how you do with it after a few weeks.
