Hello friends!!! Okay, I have been logging the cardio I do as walking very brisk. That's all well and good, but I don't "just walk". I jog a little, do air punches, skip, and even throw in some merengue if the music is fast enough (Yeah, I get some looks.lol). For example, today I ran uphill till I counted to 10(slowly), walked quickly back down, ran uphill, walk quickly back down. You get the picture. I did this for 8 reps then continued on with my very brisk walk skipping at certain points for a count of 20. Keep in mind as well that while I'm walking I'm doing something with my arms at all times too! How in the world do I log that accurately?

The only way I can think of is to invest in a good HRM. I used to guesstimate calories but discovered I way way off and not to the good side.
