Tracking individual nutrients

Does anyone know a way you can adjust the settings for individual nutrients? I am always over on protein, because while I cannot do an Atkins/South beach type diet, I do opt for higher protein, lower carb options like greek yogurt, or egg beaters at breakfast. Works better since I am a type 2 diabetic.

I just want to bump the protein by about 40g and take it out of the carbs. I'm tired of always seeing red!
