Best YouTube Workout for a Traveler????

I am leaving on a business trip and was wondering are there any good fitness videos on YouTube. I am in moderate shape (I am working my way through Insanity these days). It would have to be something that doesn't require equipment.

I am curious as to what is out there? I may try to hit the gym at the hotel, but, I typically get in late and hate being a woman alone, late at night in the gym.
