    Done it for a month, started on Jan 31st, and Ended March 1st! Each set of pictures were taken atleast 3 days after start and end dates!

    Stuck to a 1200 calorie diet cut out ALL soda, and sometimes walked on a treadmill maybe twice or 3x a week!

    Awesome results!!! Can't wait to get started on the 30DS again. I tried it once but couldn't make it through the whole workout. So I am going to wait until I lose a few more pounds, get a little more endurance back, and start again. Can't wait :-) We are leaving for vacation on May 26th and I am determined to have the 30 days done before then.
