No, because such a site does not exist.0

None of the methods for estimating using circumference measurements are especially accurate. I use a particular one over time to see whether in general my weight loss is still mostly fat, but I have no expectation that it is accurate in anything more than a relative sense.0

um ... go to your doctor and ask for a Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis or a hydrostatic weighing0

^^^This.
Get measured by a body fat caliper. Your doctor and gym should have one. Or, if you want, you can buy one. I got mine for about $20, but you have to know how to use it correctly. Mine seems very accurate, however.0 -
Ok thanks for the help guys0

I would suggest buying a set of calipers from ebay/amazon they are really cheap & simple to use. This will give you a pretty accurate baseline & with continued use you will see gain or loss really quickly.
As for a great site, google Scooby, he has a fat/weight loss calculator & a wealth of information, all free
