warm up and cool down...

Just wondering if you guys log the minutes you spend warming up and cooling down from a workout or if you just log the main workout.......i have been just logging the actual workout minutes

I log it all - warm up & cool down are part of my workouts.

When it comes to my runs I don't log the warm-up or cool down but that's only because I don't hit the "start" button on my Garmin until I hit the end of the driveway (otherwise it messes up my pace calculations) but that's just a convenience for me. Otherwise I start my HRM when I start & stop it when I'm done and log the total minutes.0
