How did you determine your activity level?? Help!

I am trying to decide what my activity level is to compute my calories. I got it figured out that my BMR is approx. 1440, but I need to decide what my activity level is (for the Fat to Fit website).
I work out 7 days a week, and burn on the average of 350+ a day for exercise. I work a desk job, but I am up and down a lot helping customers at the front counter. I have a fitbit that tells me how active I am as well (example: yesterday I walked over 5 miles just doing normal stuff).
Currently I have my calorie goals set at 1460, and have been trying to eat back all my exercise calories, but have been netting on average 1350+.

So, am I sedentary, moderately or very active?
Thanks for any help you can give~!

I sit a lot and get some walking and some houskeeping in with my job and I set mine by what I thought how the majority of my shift is spent.

Probably sedentary. Getting up and down to help customers isn't the same as say a construction job.
