Ok....so you ladies who are small chested know my dilemma. After breastfeeding three babies my breasts have disappeared! Is it possible to weight lift and regain some muscle tone/firmness/perkiness? Anything at all? I never had much to begin with but this is down right depressing. Has anyone had good result "rebuilding" and if so, what did you do??

Well, having chest muscles makes small saggie boobs look better than small saggie boobs with no chest muscles....

I'd suggest a good full body program like New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women, Starting Strength or Strong Lifts.

Well, I haven't had a baby, but I have small boobs and have found that chest exercises to help to build up the muscle underneath, give the appearance of firmer/perkier chest. As Rae said, it looks better than having hardly any chest muscles!
    Bench press / chest press
    Incline press
    DB flyes
    Pec dec
    etc etc

Also look into the programs Rae also mentioned: I've heard good things about them all! :)
