30 Day Shred - Level 2

I have a question for anyone who has either completed 30DS or is on level 3. Is level 3 as high impact as level 2? Level 1 was fine for me, but level 2 is killing my knees!

    Jillian Michaels puts it out on dvd. It is good excercise and includes cardio and strength training. I just started it and have only gotten through half of level 1.

    I hated level 2 so much but I did it! Level 3 is more strengh build (lots of jumps and planks) Only three days to finish Level 3
