found this on the self 'drop 10' site - very simple and it looks so yummy! i'm going to try this out for lunch tomorrow. enjoy!

In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp part-skim ricotta, 2 tbsp sliced almonds, 1 tsp honey. Spread cheese mixture on an 8-inch whole-wheat wrap; top with 1/2 thinly sliced apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon; roll up.

edited to add: 346 calories, 9 g fat (2 g saturated), 54 g carbs, 7 g fiber, 17 g protein
