First Spin class

So I have been wanting to try out Spin FOREVER, and I am finally going to give it a shot today! Wish me luck, if anyone has any tips, let me know!

    #1 TIP: Ease your way into it. Don't kill yourself keeping up with the class and the resistance/positions they are doing. Just make sure you stay moving the whole time, the rest will come the more you go.

    I started spinning about 6 weeks ago, I go twice a week. My butt was SSSOOOOOO sore at first, but its gotten used to it now. Just stick it out and you'll get through! I like spinning because you burn TONS of calories and its always different (atleast where I go it is). Enjoy and just don't throw in the towel! :smile:

    Oh yeah, bring water and towel because you WILL be sweating! (Unless of course your one of those women who doesn't sweat :grumble: )

    If you want to walk tomorrow or be able to sit on the toilet take it easy the first few times! :wink:
