Cardio Blast

Wow i had such a good workout today!!! I did the biggest loser cardio blast and i only did the warm up and the 20 min level 1 and the cool down but boy did bob kick my butt!!!! The cool down ( yoga ) was the hardest part for me i am sweating like a dog but i feel great!!
