HELP- put diary on public

I have been going up and down for the last few months.... on the week days i'll do really good (or pretty good) and weekends for the last few i've been not so good, had vacations and it's just been ridiculous. I set out to be way further than where i'm at now in january- i've gained and lost the same 5 pounds. I would love the help- any advice/criticism would be greatly appreciated- would love to get this under control and on the right track again. Thanks! :)

    I had a quick look though,
    One of the biggest things I saw was your sodium. you need to cut down on the fast food and processed food.

    on some days you were at your goal and you had only logged 2 meals, it is all about planning, if you are doing well on the weekdays when you have planned meals and then have troubles on the weekend, is it a lack of planning meals on the weekend?

    Try making some small changes. See if there is a nutritionist you can see or even a local lass on label reading, I did this and it has helped allot

    The past couple of weekends have been bad with fast food because i've been away-last weekened was chicago/ was in minneapolis and a few other places so that's been my problem... Also yes- i'm usually at my boyfriends house or my parents house for the weekends and they just eat completely different than I do, so probably should start bringing my own food instead of just mostly eating what they do- that's usually what i've been doing. Nutrionist does sound like a good idea! thanks :)

    I spent months slowly slowly slowly going up and down on the scale...when i finally cut most carbs and sugars out of my diet only then have i seen a steady decline each week....
