The ladies love Christian Bale, right? So I did some research on IMDb into his nutrition regime, and discovered what he ate to get his drool-worthy physique. As a result, I've established a new healthy and nutritious diet plan that will get you into Christian Bale shape, and fast! I call it: Christian Baleology.

Now, I am not in the health business to become rich, so I'm releasing this under the GNU Public License, so that means that Christian Baleology is free for you to use and share, but if you make any changes to the diet, you need to release those changes so everyone can benefit. Deal? OK, let's get started!

Here's how Christian Baleology works:

1) For breakfast, drink water, followed by a half an apple.
2) For lunch, have more water and the other half of the apple.
3) For dinner, eat one can of canned tuna, and wash it down with more water.

That's it! It's a simple, three-step process. You don't really even need to track it in MyFitnessPal, it's so simple! Your grocery bills go down, and you don't need to make a shopping list, either, at least until about week 9 when your mind starts playing tricks on you. If you need to change up the routine, you could eat the tuna for lunch and save the second half of the apple for dinner.

Note that you may feel hunger for the first few weeks, but after that it will go away and you should be well on your way to dropping weight and acquiring that Christian Bale body that the ladies want you to have!

Here are a few photos of actual results of Christian Baleology:

"[Christian Bale] Dropped an amazing 63 pounds for his role as the emaciated insomniac Trevor Reznik in the film The Machinist (2004) with only a single vitamin consultation with a nutritionist to guide him. For the most part, he only ate salads and apples, chewed gum, smoked cigarettes, and drank nonfat lattes."

And yet he was able to bulk back up after that ... amazing how the body can recover, isn't it?

You could, so long as it has no calories in it. You could also slice up the apple and put it in the water for flavor to make a Shake. And then eat the apple pieces when you have finished your Baleology Shake.

That would cost, like, millions of dollars and still not look realistic.

I can just imagine the filter they'd have in their program. "run gaunt-faced-bale.dll"

This movie is from 2004. They didn't have special effects back then!
