Gonna toot my own horn here for a bit. It has been a fast and fun year. Thanks to all my MFP friends out there for the support, encouragement and love. This site is amazing and I'm probably here for life. Thanks all!!!

    WOW!!! GREAT JOB!!!! My daughter and I are on day two of INSANITY. Can you advise me on how to log the calories, and did you follow the 5-300 cal meal plan to a tee or do your own thing?

    Great job! I actually posted one year progress pics with similar results yesterday. I started around your start weight and my current weight is around your current weight. It's kind of ironic actually.

    I also am doing Insanity, the best way is to get a heart rate monitor as everyone burns a different amount and there isn't a formula :)
