hi everyone

went to the pub today - an ember inn and had a red pepper and goats cheese salad - no idea how to log does anyone know the calorie value - long shot i know!!!!

Split it up into the different bits goats cheese 200 cal salad 50 cal dressing 100 cal even with a big portion ( phnarrr) , it can't be that much more than 450 cals max .
