Healthy fruit juices.

I have been doing this for only five days now and I have been drinking my eight glasses of water a day but sometimes crave juice. I know I don’t need all of the sugars so what juices are pretty healthy? I normally drink green tea or cranberry juice but haven’t drank them since I started MFP.

nothing wrong with green tea. It's great for you. Try some artificial sweetener flavours and pour them in your water.0
