At the end of the day, how close are you to your food diary

Like the title says? Are you pretty good at getting close? Anybody right on? Is there a (+-%) that we should be trying to be within?

I don't log until I know what I'm going to eat. And if I happen to enter a meal earlier and the plan changes I just change my diary BEFORE I eat so I can tweak the meal if I needed to fit my goals. So at the end of the day, what you see in my diary is exactly what I consumed.0

Generally I am within 200 calories (under), though most of the time, I am within 100 (under). The other night I was 1 calorie under. The more I exercise, the less close I am to my goal calories.0
