Greetings! A few summers ago, I did a one hundred mile swim from March to July. I really didn't count calories or deprive myself. I Swam one mile daily, five days a week. I was in the water for one hour, five days a week. During that summer, I lost 18 pounds of fat and felt wonderful. Now on a mission to make this my lifestyle, I am looking for fellow swimmers. The goal is to take off the 50 pounds that are keeping me from freedom and to keep them off! This is not a diet! It is freedom and free to all who want to partake!
