These are really good and pretty low in cals but high in protein. My 12 yo son adores the chocolate mint one (we put spinach in it too)

i know this may sound silly but i really like to toast up two slices 35 calorie per slice helathy life bread and sprinkle it with a little bit of cinnamon and then i dip it in2 tablespoons of sugar free syrup (log cabin is my favorite brand)...its only 80 calories, relatively filling and tastes just like french toast!!

for a savory/spicy fix i cup up a cup of fresh mushrooms and a couple of baby carrots and dip them in about 2 tablespoons of salsa. a pretty good portion size for less than 50 calories.

another sweet fix for me is a 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin thinned out with a little water, sweetened with about 2 packets of splenda (depending on your liking) and a sprinkle of cinnamon. (20 calories) then i dip low fat grahams in it or apples. yummmm love it!

savory snacks are more difficult but 100 cal popcorn bags are always good or light lays potato chips (75 calories) are tasty too!

personally i like my snacks to be calorie light and fairly big portions so i tend to go for veggies and salsa. you can eat way more and feel satisfied (NOT GUILTY!!!) without sabatoging a whole day of good eating

1 slice whole wheat toast, a little peanut butter (a knife full?) a banana sliced and placed on top of peanut butter, little honey drizzled over the top. I eat this a lot for breakfast and it fills me to if no through lunch

(i use the sara lee whole wheat bread) 70 cal
    1 banana 112ish cal
1/2 table spoon Jif PB 75ish cal
honey 21 cal per tsp (probably more than you need

    total 278 cal

My favorite low cal sweet treat is a cup of fresh strawberries dipped in Jell-O sugar free dark chocolate pudding. Fills me up for hours and curbs any dessert cravings.

My favorite salty treat is Boulder Rice & Bean Snack Chips with Adzuki Beans Chipolte Cheese flavor with a piece of babybell light cheese. Totally filling and tastes like you're eating nachos. Sometimes I include homemade pico de gallo.

Edited to say the pudding is 80 calories and the strawberries are 50
20 (I only eat 10) of the snack chips are 120 calories and the mini baby bell light is 50

I love this toast! But switch to a product called PB2 (Dry Peanut Butter) and a spenda packet and you can significantly cut those calories. Peanut butter 200 calories for 2 tablespoons, PB2 45 calories for 2 tablespoons.
