For simplicity, I make big batches of food on Sunday night and split it into however many days I am working that week. This week I made Apple Tuna Salad and it was divine!!!
2 granny smith apples, cored and diced
2 cans of tuna, drained
1.5 oz of crasins (1 small box)
.5 cup all natural vanilla yogurt
Mix completely
I laid out a whole wheat wrap and put down a small bed of babay spinach, then put the tuna mix on, and roll it up. I used low cal tortillas, so over all, it onl had around 250 cals in each wrap. . Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did!
