Lower Abs Exercise

I'm working on slimming down and toning my stomach. I do crunches and leg lifts but am still having problems slimming/toning the lower abs. Can anyone please offer suggestions and exercise I can try.

A lot of threads on this subject. Best info is on top military workouts. Awesome ab workouts that works. They work for all branches of the miltary and they are not too difficult0

you can do hanging leg raises / knee raises, but if you are trying to get them to "show" it's all about diet. Keep eating less and they will "show".0

A lower body fat helps my lower abs but I would reccomend: leg raises,captain chairs,bicycle crunches and the plank.0

abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym...you have to get rid of the fat covering your muscle or it wont matter what ab exercise you do0
