so i entered my info and said i want to lose 2 pounds a week...it comes back saying 1200 calories per day and i should lose 3 pounds by april 25...that sounds discouraging to me me...3 pounds in a month? of course it allows for so many carbs and i'm going to try to skip some of those...and it says if you burn x amount of calories you can eat that many more..but why do that? if i burn them i don't want to eat them because it will defeat the purpose...i don't know...i'll see what happens...wish me luck
