Is there any kind of substitute for bread flour?

Yes! just today my daughter decided to make bread and she subbed it with rice flour and added a tbsp of honey.. It was delicious.
Note: rice flour is a bit more denser then bread flour so it must be cooked longer and at a lower temp. about 25 degrees lees then reg bread flour...
