I bought some lifewater...it says " 0 Calories, no artificial sweetener, but also says it has 4.5 g. carbs/serving. How does it have no calories, but carbs ? I thought carbs = calories...no????

I searched something and it might have other things in it like fiber or sugar alcohols and those things don't have calories but they still have carbs..... I always say.. Google it! lol

This is one of the sites I looked at :

It's probably because lifewater has calories. The FDA has a rule that says foods with less than 5 calories a serving can be labeled as zero calories a serving. Many food products (especially diet sodas) that say they have zero calories, actually just have less than 5 calories
