12 Week Weight Loss

Hello!

I am a 26 year old female weighing in at 170-173 lbs (not really sure where I am at, exactly) and my goal weight is 155 lbs. My daily calorie intake is 1200 calories/day with 60 minute workouts 5 x a week. Do you think it is possible to obtain my goal in 12 weeks? Also, do you think it is ok to have a "cheat" day once every 7 days?

    I read that you need a cheat day once a week so your body does not go into starvation mode. Just don't go to crazy. I think a 2lb wieght loss a week is what is doable. :flowerforyou:
